Introduction:

This call for chapter proposals is regarding the book project called Global Perspectives on International Advertising which will be published by IGI GLOBAL. The articles should be written in English and should give an overview about the advertising industry of specific countries/ regions from around the globe. In the book chapters; initially, the writers are going to pick a certain country/region that they are familiar with and write about the geopolitics, socio-politics, economics and culture of the country/region in the first chapter of the article. İn the second chapter the writers are going to portray a literature review of the advertising industry for that specific country. And in the final chapter of the article the writers are going to include a case study for an advertisement specific for that country and make an advertising analysis.


Objective:

The topics that have been covered by valuable researchers so far are comprised of; Advertising in Austria, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Poland, South Korea, the U.S., Turkey, and U.A.E. However, through this book we intend to give a global perspective on international advertising and include more countries/regions from around the world. Target Audience:

The target audience of the book are academic researchers, academicians, marketing and advertising experts and students.


Recommended Topics:

Recommended topics include Advertising in Australia, Baltic Countries, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Russia, Turkic Republics, New Zealand, Spain, and other countries from around the globe that you can propose to give a global perspective from 5 continents.


Submission Procedure:

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before August 20, 2021, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by September 3, 2021 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by November 17, 2021, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Global Perspectives on International Advertising. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.

All proposals should be submitted through the eEditorial Discovery® online submission manager.
